UK Delivery

We like to keep deliveries simple, order by 2:30 and receive your item the next day. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you can arrange to collect from a local store, deliver to a neighbour or redeliver on a day of your choosing.

 

Delivery: Next Day (order by 2:30pm)

Details: Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm)

Cost: FREE

 

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order. For more information, see our Order Tracking page.

For most orders, if you provide us with a mobile number we'll send you a text message letting you know when to expect your delivery.

Please note: During periods of adverse weather conditions and busy periods, such as sales, orders may take a little longer to get to you.

 

Custom products

Orders that have been customised including PC/Laptop upgrades will take longer to deliver. This can vary from product to product and will be shown on the individual product details page.

Delivery Exceptions

Sorry, but we do not currently deliver to BFPO addresses.

Specialist delivery

Some items may be shipped via other trusted 3rd parties due to their size or composition.

 

International Delivery

We work with a number of trusted couriers to ensure we can ship to as many countries as possible.

Delivery restrictions

There are some products that are unavailable for International Delivery. This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending products outside of the UK.

Customs

Customers are responsible for paying local customs charges. Items being held in customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier's website. For details on how to track your order click here.
